The best three things that I like about this legacy platform are the customization, reporting, and easy-to-use interface that runs very fast. Most of the platforms have not great customization features but I can say that this Adobe platform provides a great 100% customization feature so that I am able to change all the fields according to my needs. The reporting is also good and able to add dashboards as well that helps me to understand the campaign performance and the interface is very very easy to use. Hence I like these features the most.

Difficult to export data at selective data set. The content calendar is not so user-friendly other than this its fine.

The thing that I dislike about this platform is the high price, as well all know that this is a legacy platform from the Adobe and we need to pay the higher cost for this, hence I dislike the high price only, apart from this there is nothing to dislike about this.

    Adobe Social (Legacy) is such a very helpful platform for marketing needs. We have been using it for a very very long time and I can say that this is the easiest platform to use or handle because of its user-friendly user interface. With the help of this platform, I am able to do all the creatives and able to do it for the marketing activities so that we are able to get good leads and well as able to build our brand image as well. The technical support package of this platform is very good and they all work in all the time zone for customer satisfaction.
