From a user perspective, it gives you full control of your paycheck. If it changes from month to month, you can easily go and see which concept is different.
One platform for all countries, can integrate with Workday
The software has ease of access to important information and the access to prior years.
As I user, there is nothing I can think about, the platform is great. The only point is that if I would need to take the decision, I'm not sure if it worth the investment vs making a in-house dashboard development.
There is no custom reporting and the standard reports are too basic. If you need additional reporting, it comes at a cost. There can be a communication bottleneck between you, ADP, and the ICP.
Depending on what you are searching for, it can be difficult to maneuver the software to find what you need.
