Some things can be customized to the business needs and the tracking of applicants is relatively seamless.
It makes the recruitment process easier. The filters save a lot of time finding the candidates you want and the rest of the process is smoother too.
There were slightly too many options to sort candidates The salary banding didn't quite fit the niche of our business, but still have good insight Not sure that the AI really helped us given the needs of the business are quite unique
There are many recruitment and onboarding tasks that cannot be integrated into the process. For example, background checks, references, and education verifications and other outside checks are done manually through other systems. There are additional services that are costly and is still not fully automated and integrated. Additionally, service support is poor and it can be days before your dedicated account rep can address your issues.
Sometimes they put features in that are overkill. They recently put in a setting that sends me an email every time I make a change to an application. That I don't need. I was able to figure out how to turn off, but have to do it each time I create a req.

ADP Recruiting is a solid software for job posting and application. Once a user signs in/creates an account, the user fills out a profile, which is then transferred over to any jobs the user applies for. While it can seem overwhelming at first, ADP offers a lot of value to the recruiting process.
