Using the recruiting process in the ADP Talent Acquisition product provides some great options for streamlining tasks such as receiving applicants and tracking applicants. However, there are key functionalities missing that would further automate certain tasks. We'd like to see more AI capabilities as well, especially when it comes to evaluating applications.

Easy Implementation to use and were able to start utilizing this module quickly Integration with Microsoft Teams for Interviews worked great User friendly interface with nice automation options for interviews invites, letters, etc

Some things can be customized to the business needs and the tracking of applicants is relatively seamless.

Consistent ATS performance

There were slightly too many options to sort candidates The salary banding didn't quite fit the niche of our business, but still have good insight Not sure that the AI really helped us given the needs of the business are quite unique

There are many recruitment and onboarding tasks that cannot be integrated into the process. For example, background checks, references, and education verifications and other outside checks are done manually through other systems. There are additional services that are costly and is still not fully automated and integrated. Additionally, service support is poor and it can be days before your dedicated account rep can address your issues.

Using ADP has been tougher than we thought. It has a lot of features, but we’ve had ongoing issues with setup and support. Some tools haven’t worked the way we expected, and it takes too long to get help. Our HR team is frustrated, and it’s slowed down our work.
