ADP Talent Acquisition Alternatives

While iCIMS is indeed an impressive product - there are many small nuances that hinder its ability to be better. Small improvements that I've seen suggested in the community seem to go unheard. I do think it's overpriced and that customer service and user experience could use improvements.

This talent acquisition and recruiting platform always gives us good experiences because it allows us to get the most qualified talents to work in our company. Zoho Recruit's interface also impresses me because of its simplicity.

Our experience with SR has been excellent from day one. The platform is highly intuitive, making it easy to navigate and significantly faster to process applications compared to other ATS platforms we've used. It has also helped us deliver a more efficient and positive experience for our candidates.

As a "customer" to the talent acquisition team, I have access to the system to review resumes and see where candidates are in the process, and add my comments, etc. I find the system can be challenging to navigate at times. The candidate profiles seem to have many "tabs" at the top that we don't need or use.

Phenom has delivered on its promise since our 2021 launch. We've steadily added capabilities and consider it a core part of our tech stack.

I have not found Workday to be particularly user friendly. I know there are many ways of doing the same thing but many steps in Workday are not very intuitive.

Can simplify the recruiting process. It is a very useful and niche product for recruiting/Talent acquisition, but has a weak HRIS function.

The dashboard features displays up-to-date information, including news, team updates, and important updates, which enhance team collaboration and decision making. It also helps you to manage your expenses, payroll management and your assets on a single portal.
