Over JazzHR was a decent product. It didn't have many "WOW" features that would make me purchase it at my next company, but it was OK.

1. Talent acquisition function is outstanding. For the recruiting process, hiring managers, recruiters and other interested parties can participate in the process and communicate with each other. 2. AI function helps in initial screening of the candidates very easily. 3. Synchronizing with Google Calendar helps with scheduling and streamlining the process. 4. Candidate communication can occur within the Jazz HR platform.

It had decent email and calendar integrations. The search feature was better than most. At ability to navigate between candidates and the job description was nice too.

I like how easy it is to post to multiple job sites and the interface is simple to use.

Dislike

1. The scalability is not strong. It is just for TA/recruiting process. 2. It has a report function, but the analytics are somewhat limited. 3. It is just a suitable platform for startups. 4. Customizing workflow is very limited. 5. JazzHR itself cannot be used as a standalone HRIS.

Dislike

It was just too basic. There weren't any wow features that leveraged AI or insights about me as a user or the candidates coming in for a job. It would be really nice to see some type of advance reporting like when someone submits a resume, predict the likihood of that person to pass based on prior experience of others. You know something more intelligent

I haven't had any issues so far, it works really well for what we need as a smaller company.
