The Overall Experience of the Software is average, Keka HR has lagging issue and the U/X & U/I can be improved also the overall navigation experience for the user can improve alot, The good quality about Keka HR is its affordability from a organisational point of view & its leave management function but yes Keka Hr can improve in the space of better product integration for a more wholesome experience from a user point of view

I really liked its easy to use interface, be it finding payslips, or my salary background or leaves, everything is easily accessible. I also like the feature to apply leave, it is straightforward. I also like the that all the organisation documents are accessible from one place and also the tax section helps in finding the tax to be paid.

The best thing about Keka HR is its leave management updates along with its tax management integration leads to better experience overall for employees as it reduces the hassle from an employee point of view and helps employees have a more integrated experience

The interface is very clean and easy to navigate, payroll processing is smooth and saves a lot of manual effort. Attendance and leave tracking is simple to manage. The reports and analytics features are useful for quick insights and audits.

Dislike

I dislike that many times the attendence is not shown after hours as well as it is not synced. The mobile app is just bad, its ui is also not good and i don't like using it.

Dislike

Ui and UX of the product is one thing that i dislike the most, it gives a very 90's feeling, so i feel Keka HR can work on a better user experience in that sense also the user does face a lot of navigational issues which in turns leads to a lot of time spent. Also it should deploy a system of navigating only within prescribed groups as information of every employee is readily available which may lead to privacy issues

    Keka HR's ATS is one of the best tools for recruitment, making my hiring process easy, like tracking candidate's applications, sorting and screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for different positions. It helps me with job postings and creating my candidate database to reach when there are suitable openings. It allows me to automate the task and save my time in follow-ups and status uploads. However, it could be better in integration with third-party tools.
