The self learning videos on every tool makes it easy to use. Like recruitment, I learnt how to raise job requisition. The candidates that applies on our career page gets automatic replies on selection/ denials on their application/ resume. The reports are very easy to fetch as one can prepare the canvas report based on what all fields are needed.
Dashboards not up to the mark since limited options, absence of AI for the software to interpret and create questionnaires/quizzes for employees based on data provided and setting up goals based on performance for evaluating an employee's capability.
Some functionality isn't very intuitive and has limitations. For example, allowing team members to add milestones to an organizational goal was not possible. Also, the visibility of when emails are sent is not very obvious. One other issue was not being able to mass change a weighting on an org goal.
I find the succession page not very easy to use. Also, sometimes the page does ask for password verification frequently almost after 2 months. It is very much security protected but at the same times it gets annoying to change the password.
