SAP Success Factors HCM is used for Leave applications, Goal management and tracking, and attendance tracking. Its user interface is intuitive and easy to operate. It is easily integrated with other SAP software.

UKG houses our paychecks, tax forms and acknowledgement forms. You can also request PTO on the tool to manage any other time off requests. It's a one stop shop for all employee needs.

This vendor provide a great quality of service. Tool is really customizable and they are tightly listening for improvements coming from clients The limited direct contact with the company during integration of the solution can be a struggle sometimes as questions/request has to be raised with the 3rd party integrator

My organization uses NetDimensions Talent Suite for its My Learning platform to be provided to all employees. The fact that the user interface is friendly makes using the platform an enhancing experience. However, it would have been better had the users got an opportunity to contact (in case of queries) not just through e-mail.

Oracle Talent Management Cloud is complete suite which provides goal management, performance management, Career Planning and Succession plan management modules. Goals are pretty easy to add in the system. performance forms are easy to configure and maintain. Appreciate the anytime feedback feature.

It's a small company and limited bandwidth does show. They have a one-size-fits-all implementation process that they are comfortable with and that one-size doesn't necessarily fit all. Integrations with ERP systems are rather poor.
