My organization uses NetDimensions Talent Suite for its My Learning platform to be provided to all employees. The fact that the user interface is friendly makes using the platform an enhancing experience. However, it would have been better had the users got an opportunity to contact (in case of queries) not just through e-mail.

-there is no separate account/link for supervisors or administrators. they can access learning from their learner account without going outside it -can add to the homepage decently easy -can migrate learner accounts with their records

The product or service can be marketed so that peer communities are aware of it. Adding to that, a user should be able to contact customer service through other channels except for e-mails.

-support team takes a long time to resolve things or it becomes costly or time consuming -the modules don't integrate with each other well -it's old tech and doesn't look or feel modern

The interface in itself gets confusing sometimes and overwhelms the user. It would be better if the user interface is streamlined a bit so that the user knows exactly what to do next.

    Has almost all the required features, the interface however needs to get streamlined

    It has a lot of functionalities and also provides a lot of insights and analysis of a person's performance which makes the difference. However, since it has a lot of functionalities the interface sometimes gets a little confusing to use.

    PeopleFluent has provided us with a cloud based integrated recruiting, talent management, and compensation management solutions. It was very easy to implement and maintain in our Human Resources department. Wish we had implemented this much earlier. it has proved to a very cost effective tool and has helped us tremendously in becoming more efficient and effective.

    Real time data is a very good feature of this software. Also exporting the data in spreadsheet is very user-friendly. Connecting and linking it to other software is also good. The survey tool would need to be improved.
