The product or service can be marketed so that peer communities are aware of it. Adding to that, a user should be able to contact customer service through other channels except for e-mails.

My organization uses NetDimensions Talent Suite for its My Learning platform to be provided to all employees. The fact that the user interface is friendly makes using the platform an enhancing experience. User friendly
Real time data is a very good feature of this software. Also exporting the data in spreadsheet is very user-friendly. Connecting and linking it to other software is also good. The survey tool would need to be improved.
