SaaS based delivery. Applicant experience is very good however it's applicant (and administrator) pages are not very accessible (from and accessibility technology point-of-view). This has been an on-going challenge with us.
The first thing which I like about this software is marketing, it helps organizations in marketing so that they can select the best candidate for their requirement. We can conduct the hiring process for a large number of people. This software provides a very good customization option along with a good support team.
Limited AI capabilities on the platform, while other ATS platforms help reduce lots of manual labour - it would be great if they invest in this space.
Limited configuration flexibility. Poor integration options.
Everything in this is software is good, but the reports it produces are minimal. There is scope for improvement in the reporting part. Also, updates are not regular.
