One of the best features of ADP Workforce Now is the accuracy of the data, especially payroll and office in & out of the employees. It provides accurate data about other major HR tasks as well. Another positive aspect of ADP Workforce Now is that employees can log in and use it from their home PC system and mobile with ease without needing an office system.
The ability to automate static notices and fillable forms within the system for onboarding, offboarding, policy acknowledgements etc.
I like how mobile friendly it is which means I can handle normal tasks such as approvals and other things even when I am on the go. The self-service portal reduces the load from the IT team and the time delay as now employees can directly see their requested time off and can update the information.
Employees will take a while to learn ADP Workforce Now as this is a very complex system with many menus and features. The other one is that the HR department can get standard reports easily but it is very hard to get customized reports or combine a huge volume of data.
Self guided and any vendor support is always lacking. I either don't get the information I need to resolve the issue or I cannot reach anyone on the phone that can help.
The customer support is not so quick and sometimes requires a lot of time to respond. Also the interface feels out dated and requires some extra clicks to find what I am looking for.
