    Airship infrastructure and scale has been impressive and has enabled us to reach our global audience with targeted notifications to keep them informed on the customer journey. Through our partnership we enabled new types of messages cacross our journey than delivered a hugely positive ROI and increase relevance to our global audience. Their visual UI is easy to use and for us in particular integrates well with our internal tech to enable multi-step lifecycle messaging. Airship's professional services team are hugely responsive and quick to react to any platform risks to service. Good speed to resolution and always keep the customer up to date and engaged throughout to full RCA.

    Using Airship on numerous native mobile apps, we are very happy with this fully complete Customer Engagment Platform which allow us to manage efficiently our large customer base (15m+ / months) on multiple mobile applications and various channels. The UI is very user-friendly and allow marketing teams to create advanced push campaigns or automatized Customers Journeys very easily. Support teams, online documentation and SDK/API quality are great and saved us a lot of time on implementation and run issues. We finally have regular exchanges with their teams to give them feedback on their solutions, and work on new features, innovations... It is a real partnership with a win/win approach.
