I started using Airtable almost two years ago. The major use case was content map management. We had built an extensive content map with hundreds of entries, and we needed to update them, assign tasks to writers and editors, manage content categories, accept content ideas from other teams, and do more in one tool. With Airtable, doing all these tasks was easy. It's more than spreadsheets - it's also a database for collaboration, tracking, and reporting.

    I like how Airtable filters information from a form and puts that data directly into the spreadsheet. This is helpful for registration forms and collecting data. I've found it easy to use, although, some features are more complicated to figure out and require formal training. I love the sharing feature. Unlike other products, I feel like updates and edits save in real time.
