The application offers a lot of tools for creating surveys, managing panels, and analyzing data. It's easy to add customization to the surveys and finally for our researchers, the application gives access to advanced analytics. I have to add that the customer support received from by Alida was really personalized and impeccable. They were very accessible when we had questions about the platform

The recruitment of participants was quite a challenge as their numbers were limited when we tried to be very specific regarding the personas we wanted to access and we did need the help of someone else to setup that recruitment as we didn't have all the permissions to do so. At the end, we also found that the cost of using that application was not appropriate versus our needs.
We'd like to see more pre-built connections to third party applications, which is something I believe they are working on.
