My experience with Alida has been a mix of positives and challenges. On the downside, setting up an external survey proved to be quite cumbersome. The process for recruiting participants was lengthy, and creating an invitation for participation was complicated and time-consuming due to internal rules and restrictions. However, on the positive side, using Alida's survey for feedback and brainstorming sessions was much more straightforward. There were no delays, and setting up everything and sending invitations to participants was quick and easy.

The application offers a lot of tools for creating surveys, managing panels, and analyzing data. It's easy to add customization to the surveys and finally for our researchers, the application gives access to advanced analytics. I have to add that the customer support received from by Alida was really personalized and impeccable. They were very accessible when we had questions about the platform

The platform is easy to use and continuously improving. Alida's customer success managers are top-notch and provide thoughtful consultation and thought leadership to help us deliver actionable results.

Reporting dashboards could be more flexible A lot of clicks required to navigate the site Forum feature UX is outdated

The recruitment of participants was quite a challenge as their numbers were limited when we tried to be very specific regarding the personas we wanted to access and we did need the help of someone else to setup that recruitment as we didn't have all the permissions to do so. At the end, we also found that the cost of using that application was not appropriate versus our needs.

We'd like to see more pre-built connections to third party applications, which is something I believe they are working on.
