I love the ease of use for the end user which is our coworkers. I love the easy to navagate platform that offers customization for each indivdual person who uses it. I especially love how my team can edit and deep dive into the system when our coworkers have errorous information in the system.
This is a great product for submitting reimbursements each month. It's very easy to navigate through it. It has a very simple and good-looking user interface.

The deployment needs extra special work. There was lost information in the transfer and even more so incorrect information once the system went live. We had coworkers missing insurance coverages and missing dependents.
Issues that I have with it is that it can sometimes be pretty slow. Other issues are that at times it can be tough to navigate. Lastly, its platform looks a little outdated.

Alight Benefits has been both a blessing by way of the support for the team and a curse by way of the implementation and deployment. Working with Alight, the experience was met with mixed reviews. I was plesantly surprised by the outcome for the end user. I was troubled by the implementation and deployment.
