This is a great product for submitting reimbursements each month. It's very easy to navigate through it. It has a very simple and good-looking user interface.

Customer support was not responsive in a timely manner nor did they seem to value the issue. If the issue was not understood, they did not seek further understanding.

Issues that I have with it is that it can sometimes be pretty slow. Other issues are that at times it can be tough to navigate. Lastly, its platform looks a little outdated.

Alight Benefits has been both a blessing by way of the support for the team and a curse by way of the implementation and deployment. Working with Alight, the experience was met with mixed reviews. I was plesantly surprised by the outcome for the end user. I was troubled by the implementation and deployment.
