The dedicated benefits team really makes the product stand out. We've used other products, and the added support from ADP Benefits is second to none. Employees can submit a life event, and ADP will request documents, review documents, and let the admin know when it is okay to approve. It is almost like having a dedicated benefits specialist internally, without the added headcount and cost. The ability to report on benefit enrollments, pull census data, and edit the setup is streamlined as well. You honestly can't go wrong with ADP Benefits.
ADP already has a good reputation within every industry it serves. It makes HR's life easier to do computation of everyone's salary, taxes and benefits.
Easy to use for employees, intuitive, user-friendly.
The one downside to ADP Benefits is the cost. You get a ton of services for the cost, but it is still higher than other platforms we have used or considered. However, if you have it in the budget, I would definitely recommend the service.
I think the features of the product. For example, when you log in, you have to go through a series of pages to be redirected to where you want to go. This is especially important when you want to check on an employees payment history. Compared I think to other products where the task bar is just within their homepage and from there you can easily pull out the file or details that you are looking for.
It was a tight timeline and we ran into one issue with employees being able to access system because of their location/coding. We were able to implement prior to open enrollment and everything was great but it was a little stressful towards rollout date.
