My overall experience with Rippling has been positive. It simplifies payroll, benefits, and employee information in one place, making daily tasks easier. The interface is user-friendly, but some features can be unclear at times. Improvements when it comes to navigation, notifications and document location would be helpful considering the scope of the platform and all the tools it provides for a company as well.

I rated Workday HCM 4 out of 5 stars because it does a good job of bringing important employee resources (like payroll information, company email, required training, and benefit information) into one place. It's generally easy to use and helps me stay on top of tasks and access the information I need. What keeps it from being 5 stars is that some areas can be difficult to navigate or locate based on the section name I am trying to access. There are also a lot of navigation areas that can be overwhelming to look at the first few times you access the system.

My overall experience with using Deel has been positive from a user and admin perspective, especially when managing our employees from different countries. As an employee, Deel makes it easy for us to access our payslips (invoices), we can view our contracts, and review our benefits. As an admin, Deel makes it easy for us to handle hiring and managing our employees internationally. Deel simplifies the process of onboarding, issuing of contracts, payroll processing and benefits administration while also being compliant with local laws.

Overall, our experience has been positive. The system helps streamline HR and Payroll processes, improves data accuracy, and reduces manual work. It is user friendly and supports daily operational needs effectively. While there is still room for improvement in the reporting features, the system delivers good value and supports efficient HR operations.

Paycor benefits administration is an integrated benefits management platform which supports open enrollment, eligibility management payroll integration, carrier feeds, and ACA compliance with user-friendly interface.

Compport is a sophisticated benefits management program. We used Commport to work with on Merit and Variable Pay Management. The budget roll up is a good feature on Compport. You need extensive Testing and configuration support to implement compport. We faced challenges in terms of accuracy of calculations in certain cases because the historical data is an important element in mapping the individual's payout eligibility. Compport struggles to map the historical data. If HRMS and Compport rollout happens simultaneously, the results and outcomes would be better as all data would be clean. If that's not the case, the implementation phase could go on for long. While the product has its merit, there are implementation and data management challenges, The consistency of Implementation partner is also essential as once there is a change of hands, the client would have to restate and align the requirements which can further lead to challenges and delays. For a layered group and matrix reporting, the implementation and adoption can be challenging.

User friendly, very compatible with Workday. I really like using the product for benefits...it is easy to use, very intuitive, and is seamless in its compatibility with other interfaces such as Workday.

The software is very useful every time we start to work with the Open Enrollment, specially because their app facilitates our staff to select their benefits, either waved, change or add, we never had had an issue. And if we do require assistance, assistance is always provided. So, we don't need to worry for anything.
