Good experience and very flexible approach from the vendor side. Their product is designed and working by a certain workflow. However they are willing to adopt and change certain setup to accommodate the client needs there where possible.

Anywhere365 is a powerful product for unified contact centres that is deeply integrated into the Microsoft ecosystem. However, it can be held back by its deep Microsoft integration.

    Intuitive operation and user-friendly UI

    3.0
    Dec 10, 2021
The company I work for implemented A365 in 2017 and has been using it ever since. The platform itself satisfies our basic needs and, whenever possible, the Vendor offers a chance to develop non-standard solutions or plugins tailored to our company's infrastructure. Its functionality is utterly intuitive and the GUI is absolutely user-friendly. However, although I might be happy with the application, the cooperation with the Vendor is less than ideal. Despite signing a contract for Professional Services, the quality of the service provided and the frequency of solution delivery is questionable. Were it not for the Vendor's approach to its clients, I would have rated it much higher.

Performance of Anywhere365 Across Market Features

Anywhere365 Likes & Dislikes

Like

You have to plan your own internal workflow and define / decide how you would like to work. Then use this solution to implement and benefit from it.

Like

It works directly in Teams without a strict need for extra software - especially for agents.

Like

Flexibility in building and adjusting workflows; ease of use (for both stakeholders and the Team managing it); detailed logs showing nearly every A365-related activity

Dislike

n/a

Dislike

It can be limited by its deep Microsoft integration. Manging information for agents and settings in Lists is clunky and not the best experience overall. The company doesn't offer trials - just demos. Always having to go via a third party integrator can result in slower support for some things.

Dislike

Poor Vendor support - delivery time of any solution is too long, regardless of license type (despite having the highest Enterprise Plus, frequency of any responses from the Vendor's side is uncannily low); The first line of their IT Support is often not familiar with application's features. Poor documentation available on Vendor's site.
