We have a strong relationship with Igloo which allows us to speak candidly about how we would like to use the platform for our needs and we appreciate Igloo to allow us the space to discuss. They are willing to listen and try to push in the direction needed for us. But the product lacks a lot of capabilities like targeted experiences, deep permissions, or strong search we would like to take advantage of. Also, support is a bit rough as we've had tickets open for over 3 months with no end in sight.

1. We like the relationship we have established with Igloo and their willingness to listen 2. Platform is easy to use

How easy it is to manage on top of my other workloads. No complex coding or other intranet skills are required to manage this platform effectively.

Dislike

Mobile application, Member Syncing, Virtual ICE (I miss in person events for community manager collaboration and knowledge sharing)

1. The product isn't as advance as others on the market 2. When something is escalated to dev team it seems like it stays there for awhile

There are a few features that are not customizable, for example what appears on Team Members profiles, or the way certain widgets are set up.
