We are using the platform for the five last year and very pleased with support and services we get from the vendor in relation to localization and integration with multiple systems and processes.

We have been using Backbase DBP since 2016 and as extension, we also use their Customer Experience Platform. Backbase is expensive as compared to its peers but the functionalities, the SDKs and the widgets are well worth it. It enabled us to go to market faster and extend our capabilities.

Technisys has been a great partner to work with through organization's digital transformation. The platform is flexible and allows the organization to customize as needed. We love hearing the answer "We can do that!" on any improvement we suggested. The process took longer than expected because of the need to define all the business requirements and the need to build the infrastructure on organization's side but we truly felt like we had a partner with Technisys and have been able to build a product that will provide the customer experience needs.

Five Degrees showed true partnership. Both Five Degrees and Knab were at the start, start-up companies. The downside of such a situation was that both organisation had aspects of immaturity. The upside however was that on both sides true passion, entrepreneurial spirit and the attitude to do the utmost was assured. With that mentality it was possible to overcome problems and develop strategies towards the future.
