The Mobile App sets Atera apart from the rest of the crowd. Often, I find that other platforms don't provide and Mobile App or the App isn't a very good quality or worth using. Atera's mobile app brings the ITSM tool to your fingertips allowing you to monitor and check on things securely while on the go.

We make extensive use of both the RMM and ticketing components. Having a unified management console - combined with quick onboarding, automation capabilities, and detailed logs for every action performed - provides full transparency and consistently high service quality for our clients. On the ticketing side, it has been a amjor enabler for deploying the customer portal and supporting our transition to a faster, more efficient technical support model.
Atera has a very good set of baseline features, but requires multiple integrations to expand its offering. While these integrations help bolster the offering, they often require being redirected to a third party tool to manage them, decoupling them from the Atera ITSM tools.
Almost everything, because there are many glitches in the platform. Most talked about features of AI Common features such as creating tickets in bulk, ability to turn off auto ticket assignment when agents are on vacation, no full fledged API available, no IDP integration with Okta, etc. are either not present or do not work properly. Simplest prompts from the AI are also incorrect.
Ticketing : The ticketing module lack innovation, with limited customization options for fields, categories, and SLA configurations Monitoring / Supervision : While Atera offers a strong alerting system that improves ou proactivity, it doesn't provide the same level of comprehensive monitoring as some other solutions - this is a capability we still miss.

My overall experience with Atera has not been very pleasant. This is a new platform in the market with not many features as an ITSM platform should have. All the rings and bells they boast about is automation and AI and cutting down on tickets is not what happens in practice. Atera provides a nice all-in-one system for IT management with nearly every daily tool accessible in the app, but i believe it comes short in a few small areas individually
