User friendly and intuitive. Comprehensive features - especially those for candidate timelines and notifications. Ease of implementation - condensed timelines.
It's a double-edged sword because customization is nice but then it becomes hard to pull the data because it lives in different places instead of living in one place like other ATS tools I am used to.
Beyond recruitment, it supports onboarding, performance management and team collaboration for sharing evaluations and notes. End to end solution.
Updates seem infrequent. Features can be enhanced more regularly. Some people felt the implementation was pricey.
The hardest part for me as a user is to get the data from all our custom forms in an organized and clean way. It's great for recruiters that we can customize the tool as much as we want to, but when it comes time to get insights from the data, we find it cumbersome and complex.
Requires IT support for customization and it is useful for companies with inhouse recruitment teams and who does mass recruitment and manage a lot of requisitions at the same time.
