I love that I can see all the roles I am responsible for in one pleasing visual format - the set-up is so easy to navigate, and everything is clearly labeled so even when I was just beginning to use Avature, I didn't need to spend time reading a manual or reaching out for assistance (which was easily available). Our hiring process / position proposal and renewal process can be really lengthy, and Avature eliminates many of those pain points.
In times of pandemic, its video assessment feature has been a great help, as we can conduct face-to-face meetings between employers and potential candidates. It adds the possibility of 360-degree comments that allow feedback from the company's staff and the potential employee, achieving a greater margin of communication for hiring. Avature enables the creation of very well elaborated reports on candidates that could turn out to be great opportunities for our organization, preventing us from missing out on any important hiring. Avature CRM saves us a considerable amount of time, which is important for us to use for other activities. The cost of Avature CRM is increased when we try to purchase other tools that are necessary for its optimal functioning.
I do participate in hiring, but compared to larger businesses, I would say Avature definitely fits my needs for hiring small amounts of people on annual basis. Because of this, it's easy for me to parse through any reviewed data for a handful of roles -- if you are a larger company, it may not provide you with all the analytics you are looking for.
It has parts that are paid, and are usually needed to make more than profitable use of the software, which may be misleading for all users. It does not allow the option to drag and drop multiple resumes, this is necessary at many times because we work with high payroll numbers, slowing down our work. Avature can be slow at times, which should be taken into account to be fixed in the next updates of the tool, it still has great room for improvement, but generally works well.
