I have had a positive experience using Azure Monitor as it gives me strong real-time visibility across e-commerce platforms, APIs and backend services that is critical in our organization as customer experience must stay premium and seamless.

Full stack alerting tool that does its job, but requires a lot of time and effort to set up properly and fine tune so you don't get overwhelmed with notifications and end up spending too much for log ingestion/storage. Fairly complex and it would be nice if it was simpler and quicker to get going and use. Navigating the Microsoft bill can be dreadful when you're trying to figure out what is causing your cost increases. Microsoft support leaves much to be desired.
