I wish it would provide me with a quick refresh rate in for real time data and it generates too many alerts if its not set up properly.
Microsoft support can be very frustrating at times (most of the time). Azure monitor requires lots of time and effort to customize it so you don't end up spending too much--also so you don't get bombarded with so many alerts that you ignore them. Not as user friendly, and the web interface sometimes has you navigating between multiple pages just to get simple things done.
High costs from extensive monitoring, Lack of a unified view e.g. an end-to-end picture of an applications health and Noisy alerts
