Pricing can be very complex and confusing, making it hard to predict costs. The learning curve is quite steep for newcomers. The interface is also complex, with some features and settings buried or not intuitive. Lastly, deploying WordPress applications can also be very difficult / too complex than it needs to be.

Offerings are sometimes slow to arrive in Azure, but usually for good reasons (see this specifically to GenAI model availability). Integrations between some services are sometimes unusual to setup and don't follow the same cadence as integrating other services.
