That it does what you expect with a minimum of fuss and fiddling. I appreciate its simplicity with how it gets the job done, from the end user vantage point.
I like the Impersonation Protection and Incident Response services the best. The overall technical support has been good, and the customer service and account reps have also been pretty solid.
I would have to say that i like the reliability of the service and that we've never had down time. We have frequent updates to the service which are always improving on our security and bringing new features to the platform. I like that they offer other forms of products as well as their email protection making them a one stop for many security products.
While exploring your quarantined mail and so on is a fairly simple process I sometimes wish the website interface was a little jazzed up - make it more visual and less of a list view sort of thing, that might help some people better understand how to use it and look for mail.
The vendor let the product fall behind in regard to features and overall look and feel. They have been correcting this and have upgraded the UI and provided a more modern look and feel. The options and features for filtering email could be improved and the biggest issue is granularity. They are working on this as per their roadmap.
I sometimes find the service to be slow and difficult to navigate within. Occasionally we have emails blocked for no apparent reason but we would rather it be over blocked than let stuff through that it shouldn't. At times I find the reasons why mail is blocked can be hard to understand.
