The targeting data is very helpful, it has been great to have such a focused lens when we are looking to hire new talent. The customization has a lot of options and variety and it has allowed Beamery to adjust to what we need. Beamery is also easy to use and that has been our favorite part, our team has been able to learn a lot about the software as we work with the tools throughout the day.
Is a centralized talent CRM, which makes it easier to build and maintain candidate relationships. Another positive feature is the automation and personalization for candidate engagement.
Limited reporting and analytics customization for large scale enterprise needs , Occasional UI lag when navigating between modules, without vendor support the initial setup and configuration can be complex. to achieve full data sync additional effort needed for integration with other HR Platforms
We have run into an issue where sometimes communication does not go through to our candidates. It is set up to send a text but the message does not go through. We would like to see some of these glitches and bugs solved in the future. We would like to see the abilitly to pull data from other sources regard candidates weather it's coming from a website or social media, we want to have Beamery put it all together in a single spot.
Integration complexity - it is a little challenging to connect beamery with existing HR sustems. The API is sometimes limited or inconsistent. Also, the cost and ROI, is a premium solution, so the benefits need to be clearly measured against the investment, particularly for a mid-sized company.
