Grundsätzlich bin ich mit dem Prozessmanagement sehr zufrieden. Gleichzeitig hatten wir gehofft, dass wir das Thema Dokumentenmanagement ebenfalls mit diesem Tool ablösen können, das ist funktionell nicht ohne weiteres möglich. Der Use Case könnte geprüft werden, er wäre für uns noch mal ein value add gewesen.
