1. As it's targeted for SMBs and mid-market there is limited customization available. 2. Costs can add up, such as transaction fees, resulting in higher prices. 3. For truly global orgainzations the need for international payments remain limited.

4/5 Works well: designed for the mid-market- really simplifies invoice intake, and vendor payments. Whether that's via ACH or check, or virtual card. For us the integrations are really strong with all popular accounting systems e.g. QuickBooks, Sage and so on.
