Security. Easy customization of URL. in - email branding. UX design is easy to use. Auto and scheduled email campaigns. Good quality and variety of meeting platform solutions. Integration with Applications. Bizzabo Mobile App and Check-in experience. Very good support from the Support agents.
While my feedback isn't directed at Bizzabo itself, the 3rd party partner responsible for creating & implementing our brand approved templates could be more efficient and pro-active. The process took longer than expected with considerable back & forth required to meet our standards. This added unnecessary time to our timelines and ultimately caused delays to our internal launch schedule. I would love to see tighter oversight or improved co-ordination here as the core Bizzabo experience is excellent.
As per the above, the limitations on the ticket transfer that results in missing data and extra work; Limitations on the badge printer that you can use (was quite challenging when I first had to set it up - you have to buy a specific printer, and can only print through iPad, not a phone or laptop, so we had to buy iPads as well); Limitations on the agenda layout on the website and app when it comes to events with multiple streams at the same time (they all show under the same page, and there's no way to create different pages at the moment); Limitations on the website layouts created on Bizzabo - they're not very customisable; Lead scanner app is separate, and a significant cost per each exhibitor.
The platform is continuously improving through regular updates, and there is a dedicated space for user feedback and collaboration with the development team. Wild, there are some technical limitations, as with any platform, they do not hinder our ability to work effectively. With the support of Bizzabo's customer service team, we have always been able to find suitable workarounds and solutions when needed.
