They took the time to understand our ecosystem, our workflows & our business outcomes & helped us embed the platform seamlessly into our marketing and events operations. From registration to onsite check-in, session management, analytics & audience engagement, the platform works beautifully. It has reduced friction for both our internal teams & attendees & we've gained more insights & visibility into event performance than ever before. The data layer in particular has enabled us to tell a more compelling ROI story to leadership. Their onsite solutions are fast, stable & intuitive - exactly what is needed in high-pressure, high volume environments. “User-friendly yet limited - Effective for simple events, but challenging for complex ones”

Bizzabo is quite user-friendly and simple to use; however, it's got its limitations. We faced several issues when we first implemented the platform in our company, and while it's much better now, there are still a few things we are trying to have updated. For example, we've been raising concerns for over a year about the numerous steps involved when transferring tickets, which results in missing data and extra work from our team, who then have to follow up with clients to obtain the missing information. The Bizzabo customer success team has always been responsive and tried to assist - but there are limitations on what they can get the developers to address. I recommend this platform for simpler events. For more complex ones, it can sometimes be a bit challenging. We've found our workarounds, but there's more we'd like to see improved.

It's simple and user-friendly when setting up events and tickets.

We absolutely love our customer success team!! They're hands down the best in the business and are always available to support us and provide thoughtful solutions to any challenge. The platform itself is incredibly intuituive and easy to use. We can seamlessly embed agenda and speaker widgets directly into our website eliminating the need to manage them in two places. Bizzaboboxes for our road shows are intuitive and help our field teams feel confident with setup onsite, and Klik has elevated our overall event experience. The Marketo integration is seamless and keeps our data in sync in real time.

Dislike

While my feedback isn't directed at Bizzabo itself, the 3rd party partner responsible for creating & implementing our brand approved templates could be more efficient and pro-active. The process took longer than expected with considerable back & forth required to meet our standards. This added unnecessary time to our timelines and ultimately caused delays to our internal launch schedule. I would love to see tighter oversight or improved co-ordination here as the core Bizzabo experience is excellent.

Dislike

As per the above, the limitations on the ticket transfer that results in missing data and extra work; Limitations on the badge printer that you can use (was quite challenging when I first had to set it up - you have to buy a specific printer, and can only print through iPad, not a phone or laptop, so we had to buy iPads as well); Limitations on the agenda layout on the website and app when it comes to events with multiple streams at the same time (they all show under the same page, and there's no way to create different pages at the moment); Limitations on the website layouts created on Bizzabo - they're not very customisable; Lead scanner app is separate, and a significant cost per each exhibitor.

Dislike

The ERC functionality is somewhat limited but we appreciate that Bizzabo continues to invest to make investments to the product.
