vFairs is absolutely amazing. We have been using it since 2020 and what I can say is that it's truly an amazing platform with a great customer support team. vFairs enabled us to host a wide range of learning activities, from within booths to webinars, with a global reach and no platform accessibility errors.

the platform works well for large organisations like ours and I already had experience using this prior. Stability and streaming reliability has been strong. We also found the registration management and reporting to be good for tracking engagement and attendance. customisation options could be more flexible. Also the engagement layer is pretty basic.

Webex Suite made my experience pretty positive through its stable service like I can do calling, chatting and can do meetings from one platform so no need for any other tools. The quality of video and audio is stable too which makes it more reliable.

We use Cvent to manage event registrations, attendee communications, and event reporting. Cvent has helped us centralise our processes and gives us a good level of control over registrations and attendees. However, reporting and integrations (mainly Xero) are lacking.

I had a pretty good experience using RingCentral. What stands out overall and differentiates RingCentral Evsbts from other event management platforms is its integration andnuse of Ai. It does a really good building a community and managing peoples reactions, especially with how you can utilize internal Ai "agents" to manage Q&A boards and create promotional materials and resources. It also runs a very smooth polling feature to gather live feedback and be managed and moderated by internal Ai. I was also able to create networking topics for attendees to select which adds another element not usually found in platforms like this.

Konfhub is a reliable & efficient platform for managing events end to end. The overall experience has been smooth, especially in terms of ticketing, attendee management, & integrations. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, even for first-time organizers. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. While there is still room for improvement in certain advanced features and UI enhancements, overall it has worked exceptionally well for our use cases.

A reliable event app platform with a smooth user experience, clean and intuitive event interface and straightforward set-up and navigation for users. I can acknowledge that the remote customer support was immediate and extremely supportive.

RainFocus serves as a useful event management tool for managing multiple workflows from attendee to sponsor experience. The reporting dashboards provide insight into high level data and provide autonomy for ensuring financial compliance.
