the platform works well for large organisations like ours and I already had experience using this prior. Stability and streaming reliability has been strong. We also found the registration management and reporting to be good for tracking engagement and attendance. customisation options could be more flexible. Also the engagement layer is pretty basic.

Overall, using Zoom Events has been a good and easy-to-use experience for conducting group sessions. Though there is a bit of a learning curve for some elements and I wish there were at times better and faster ways to contact Zoom customer service when we have them.

Reliability during live sessions: we hosted online training with dozens of participants and the sessions ran smoothly without any issues. Support for multiple speakers and roles: it's easy to coordinate various people from different locations. Low barrier for participants: guests are already familiar with Zoom, and that makes it easy to onboard.

As a nonprofit organization, I have used Zoom Events mainly for online training events involving volunteers, staff and external speakers. Structured events with multiple sessions, different hosts, live presentations and Q&A moments. Overall, the experience has been very positive: the platform is stable, easy for attendees to access and reliable when managing different speakers. From a marketing perspective, it allows us to promote a single online event with a clear agenda.

My experience with Zoom has been awesome. What I like most about it is its accessibility from iPhone and Google Play Store as well as on the tablets and computer. It's the best tool with tons of features which are very helpful during large events . I'm pretty satisfied with Zoom Events. We have successfully hosted many events with Zoom and never faced issues with audio, video or audience interaction.
