Reliability during live sessions: we hosted online training with dozens of participants and the sessions ran smoothly without any issues. Support for multiple speakers and roles: it's easy to coordinate various people from different locations. Low barrier for participants: guests are already familiar with Zoom, and that makes it easy to onboard.

Zoom is the best tool for video conferencing, webinars and virtual events. Its user-friendly interface makes it super easy to use, and I like how it is highly customizable, easy to brand, and the support team has really been incredible in helping us navigate the platform.
Limited branding and customization options. Setup phase: creating an event with different roles and permissions requires time and tests. Basic analytics for marketing purposes.
Wish there was an easier and faster way to get answers in the moment from Zoom.
For more than 5 years we have been using Zoom Events and there is nothing that I like least about it.
