Blackbaud makes it simple to make payments, and also sends reminders. The ease of use in the program is also helpful when there may be something I'm unsure about, it's easy to investigate and find.

Financial Edge is a decent product, however getting to be a little out of date in terms of AI

Consistency and ease.

The only thing I have disliked about this product was that there sometimes were times I couldn't get in due to maintanence.

I dislike Blackbaud and dealing with them. Customer service is horrible

There is minimal amounts of customization available.
