Once users are on the platform it is easy to use and intuitive. This is so important to cater to the frontline population. The processes within the app are easy to understand. The design is modern and fun but still remains professional. It is tailored to the front-line staff. Love that there are many things handy for those who do not have laptops or work email addresses. Provides a lot of value to this group specifically
Communicating tool- avoids the need of sharing contact numbers etc Allows you to view profiles of people within the company very easy to set up new emoloyees. No one has difficulties logging on, new or exsisting employees. Does not create issues for management
Blink as a tool is fantastic and it's been great seeing it come to life across our business. We have already hit over 85% adoption within the first month which is a great achievement and proves the value of the platform across our business. It's been great seeing our drivers and engineers have a voice in the business and feel more connected. It's also great having all their key systems in one place. Blink is adaptable and we've been able to do a lot from a functional perspective to add value for our colleagues.
The export functionality for users is difficult to use as the file itself is not very tidy and it would be great for group admins to be able to export a simplified version of the file (just the names and emails). This would specifically be great for encouraging further employees to log-in to the app when targeting adoption in the first few weeks. The level of customisation on the app could be improved. I felt like there were specific edge-case scenarios that Blink wasn't able to handle i.e. Can I exclude a particular user from a group who does not meet the criteria of the dynamic group rulings? The design of the hub could be a bit tidier. This quickly becomes very large and messy, so maybe some section hiding or additional filtering would be good. Having to scroll all the way to the bottom of the hub is difficult as well (I mean in the admin panel but could also be applicable for the front end as well) The newsfeed can also become very large very quick, with important posts being missed. Maybe some kind of feature for admins to rank the importance of the post to show at what position this should be placed in the newsfeed?
Hard to find posts again. Search bar does not work as it should. When viewing someones profile, i would like to see what they have posted/interacted with. I feel it does not work well with our other platforms. Although not a specific Blink issue- it would be beneficial e.g Workday. Can create unprofessional conduct. Maybe there could be a way of alerting management through buzzwords e.g swearing
There are some small limitations in functionality but this will always happen across clients
