Personalisation features & dynamic content - we are able to use dynamic blocks in emails to personalise the experience for the customer. Ease of setting up campaigns - we have saved so much time since onboarding Bloomreach when setting up email, SMS & push notification campaigns. The drag & drop style of the scenarios makes it easy to move sends around, duplicate nodes & segment better. Loomi AI - this is a great tool for setting up reports quickly & easily. It helps us pull key data/KPIs in just a couple of minutes.
The use Case Center is very effective and efficient. It's fun to implement these because they work very well.
I like how customisable Bloomreach is amd how easy it is to work with the interface once you're familiar with it. The single customer view is particularly useful for understanding behaviors, and the integrations with other platforms help create a more connected journey. It's also good to see the product being updated regularly with new features.
Training - for team members who have never used the platform before, it can take time for them to understand it & for us to train them. Difficult to create custom weblayers without coding/dev work. The basic templates they have are not on-brand for us & we don't find them easy to edit. No advanced personalisation features - examples being timers, weather based features, gamification.
The new feature that allows weblayers to be integrated into scenarios is great, but the default dashboard is unusable. Bloomreach does not have a feature for prioritizing when e.g. multible weblayers are live at the same time (if these are personalized but one person fits both segments)
At times the platform can feel overly complex, especially around reporting logic and any work that involves coding. There is a bit of a learning curve in these areas, which can slow things down. But they do provide help and support within the platform.
