    We switched from another platform to Bloomreach about four years ago and this has been an amazing experience to map out customer journeys via communications such as email, push, SMS, in-app notifications and more. Our account reps are incredibly helpful, but I have to give a shout-out to the live support agents who are a great resource when you're stumped on anything from user flows to reports.

(1) Ease of use to create customer journeys that use various type of channels, (2) support via chat and email is fast and incredibly helpful when we run into questions on how to create the type of flow or report we need, (3) account reps are hands-on and friendly

1) While it's great that emails can be scheduled over a 24 hour optimal time window, I wish there was a feature that did it by day of the week. We're currently testing that, but a built in feature would be great here. 2) The platform is not easy to use. I think partly due to the platform having so many features, it does take some time to build reports and get accustomed to the data. 3) I wish that Loomi AI wasn't an add on. With that being so, I use other LLMs outside of Bloomreach. If it was in my package, I would reconsider that.
