Reliable Platform Supports Event-Driven Customer Journeys
I have been using Bloomreach Engagement for around five years now and my overall experience has been positive. The platform is reliable and well-suited for building and managing event-driven customer journeys at scale. It plays a central role in our lifecycle marketing efforts, particularly through scenario builder and real-time campaign capabilities. While there is a learning curve, especially around advanced configurations, it becomes a powerful tool once properly set up. Performance has generally been stable. I cannot comment on the AI features as they are not enabled in our instance.
