Blue Prism provides good training which makes the product easy to use. Broad scope of business processes that can be automated. Interface makes automating processes easy. We use it for REST web services, and it works great. Very good security integration for bots that use highly sensitive data.

What I like most about the Blue Prism Intelligent Automation Platform is its enterprise grade reliability and scalability. I appreciate how Blue Prism helps streamline repetitive, rule-based tasks, freeing up employees to focus on higher value tasks. I like Blue Prism's modular design and reusable components.
We have had some issues with the current web browser plugins. Support can be slow on non-critical issues. Scheduling for automations could be better.

It can sometimes feel less intuitive and more complex compared to newer, low-code RPA tools.
