I mostly like the great modularity of the software. It allows for a very fine-grained configuration, so we can decide per service flow how much or how little we want the system to do/handle. If we want to handle certain flows ourselves, we can configure this while still maintaining a reliable fallback mechanism in BlueRock TMS.
One area for improvement could have been a faster adoption of single sign-on solutions. It took some time before this was fully aligned, and while we eventually got there, the interim period without SSO did cause some issues.

My overall experience with BlueRock TMS has been excellent. During the implementation phase, their support team helped us integrate the tools quickly into our existing software ecosystem. In the rare cases where outages occurred, these were handled swiftly and with the appropriate level of urgency.
