Blue Rock is certainly a valuable ally in our work. The TMS has revolutionized the operational approach for numerous logistics activities, but we're experiencing a slowdown in Blue Rock's support (ticketing). Delays often occur, some tickets lasting months. We intend to implement the platform and gradually make it more comprehensive (e.g., by expanding our commercial partner integrations), but to do so, we need greater responsiveness from the team.
