It's a massive, powerful platform that handles our scale without breaking a sweat. Moving from the old on-prem Remedy to the Helix Saas version was a big project, but the stability we have now especially with the improved AI features has made our daily operations a lot smoother.

The Smart IT interface is a huge upgrade; it's much more intuitive for our desk agents than the old legacy views. I also really value the CMDB depth. The way it maps dependencies across our emvironment gives us a level of impact analysis that most other tools just cant match, which is a life saver during major change windows.

Easy install e configure over a large number of endpoints. Possibility of desktop software hardening and portal to end user and report of that.

It has the most powerful features like Powerful workflow automation, AI-Driven capabilities, Enterprise security, Comprehensive asset management etc..

Dislike

The complexity of customization is still a bit of a headache. You often need specialized developer knowledge just to make what feel like 'simple' tweaks to a workflow. The documentation can also be pretty dense, so finding a quick answer for a specific admin task sometimes feels like a research project.

Dislike

It's a hard learning curve, even with some material it's hard for even for a filter. consultant dependence to really learn how to use it. Even the administration may be a bit tricky.

    It's an enterprise grade ITSM and asset management platform which delivers strong capabilities in service management, incident management, change management, asset tracking etc... highlights of the platform are the level of automation & analytics features it provides. But at the same time faced issues with GUI slowness & Reporting slowness and also not that easy to deploy as well. Overall, if someone plans efficiently it's a good option.
