The Smart IT interface is a huge upgrade; it's much more intuitive for our desk agents than the old legacy views. I also really value the CMDB depth. The way it maps dependencies across our emvironment gives us a level of impact analysis that most other tools just cant match, which is a life saver during major change windows.
Easy install e configure over a large number of endpoints. Possibility of desktop software hardening and portal to end user and report of that.
It has the most powerful features like Powerful workflow automation, AI-Driven capabilities, Enterprise security, Comprehensive asset management etc..
The complexity of customization is still a bit of a headache. You often need specialized developer knowledge just to make what feel like 'simple' tweaks to a workflow. The documentation can also be pretty dense, so finding a quick answer for a specific admin task sometimes feels like a research project.
It's a hard learning curve, even with some material it's hard for even for a filter. consultant dependence to really learn how to use it. Even the administration may be a bit tricky.
