Very rough negotiation process as we had to work through several different Brandfolder teammates, and with each person we spoke with, the price changed. And at the end, Brandfolder would not uphold the quote they provided to us via email by our first contact. It was a not so good experience and the only reason we stayed with them is because I have used the platform before and really liked it.

UI, Collections are nice

-Brandfolder simplifies the process of sharing assets with my team and external stakeholders. Its ability to quickly upload assets, generate shareable links, and track downloads enhances collaboration. -Its version control feature is really a peace of mind, especially during asset updates. Being able to access previous versions while ensuring that the team only views the latest iteration gives a sense of security and accuracy in our branding efforts.

You have to click into an asset to download, I wish this could be done from thumbnail view. I wish logout time was longer, or not logged out unless I close the window.

Was misled on some capabilities like templating (not great), feedback/reviews (not good)

-Its limited live support availability is something can be made better. Waiting period of support can sometimes go up to 48 hours which can be a bit issue, although their team compensates for the delay with thorough assistance. -Setting up keywords for asset organization can be time consuming. Also, its visibility within the asset overview tab can be improved for better accessibility and navigation.

Brandfolder has been amazing! Their product is best in their field. From speed, UI/UX, features, and layout. It's awesome. The best thing is their customer service they have been so open to feedback and they quickly implement suggestions, improvements, and bug fixes. I have never worked with a company that is this open, quick, and so good to work with.

I have implemented 3 project management systems and now 2 DAMs and this is by far my favorite system. I love the dedicated customer service rep that we get to work with, and I also love the chat feature within the interface, in case I have a quick question. The chat folks are super quick to respond. The knowledge base is also really well built out and easy to navigate. Although the interface seemed a challenge to wrap my head around, I soon came to understand how dynamic the tool was and found it to be really smart.
