For teams that want results without heavy technical overhead, it works well. It has a intuitive interface, reliable email delivery, and flexible automation workflow. The pricing is transparent and scales resonably as usage grows. Integration with commin tools is smooth, and campaign setup is quick even for larger databases. On the downside, advanced analytics and reporting colud be more detailed, especially for attribution and funnel tracking. Some automation features feel limited compared to enterprise tools, and customization options for templates could be broader.

As an email marketing tool it has all the basic features you may expect but if you want to do something more customized you may find it difficult since there are only a few templates for email marketing. I know there are other valuable tools, but for the purpose of our business we don't need it or we use alternative softwares

The ease of use, integration with other channels, ready-to-use templates.

It's email marketing is very feature rich and has lists and segments. It has inbuilt Company wise lead management and creating deals workflow for mass outreach. Major difference is that we can send text SMS and also set up international calling which will help the sales team. Whatsapp automation is very unique because the leads we generate through email campaigns can be used for mass whatsapp outreach. It's much more than an email suite because it's default CRM is very useful. We can create custom forms and custom email templates to set up automated drip nurture campaigns. Sequence is a time saver when setting up automated workflows. We can use it to add chatbot and whatsapp bot too on the website to convert the visitors.

Dislike

1. Reporting and analytics are fairly basic, with limited insights into attribution, funnel performance, and multi-channel impact. 2. Marketing automation lacks some advanced logic and customization options compared to enterprise-grade platforms. 3. Email and landing page templates offer limited design flexibility, which can restrict brand-level customization. 4. As databases grow larger, managing segmentation and complex audience logic can feel less intutive.

Limited templates that don't let me create impressive mail marketing different from competitors

It's pricing is slightly complex since it hosts multiple tools and features at the same time. On the website it shows many products but its confusing to calculate the overall cost per month. They also charge extra for certain features like customer data platform etc. Since they have added multiple features to the same interface, the advanced customizations are not available. Unless you are using WordPress, look for other alternatives for more deep and advanced features.

    Brevo is an all-in-one platform for our marketing, sales and growth teams. The major advantage of Brevo is that the ease of management means one doesn't need to switch between multiple tools because it has almost everything a small to medium sized organization requires. From CRM, email suite to SMS and calling all are integrated properly in such a way so that we don't need to spend time to tool set up. It also has a customer 360 data profile which is insane.

    I use Brevo to manage our company's newsletter marketing, and it has proven to be a very useful communication tool. Given that we serve different markets globally, I'm able to tailor our messaging in a more personalized way. I also appreciate how well it integrates with our main CRM HubSpot, giving us deeper insights on emails, helping us improve our sales activities. There are countless ways to segment the emails, which I like a lot. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful. Troubleshooting has never been quick and supportive like Brevo's. Overall, our experience with Brevo concludes that this tool is a highly recommendable solution for businesses looking to improve their email communication efforts and engagement with leads and customers.

    Upgraded Plan Enables Reporting While Segment Management Needs Improvement

    The ease of use assisted us in better communication and engagement with our customers. Upgrading our plan had the results we required, and the reporting assisted us with compliance and governance with urgent and important communications to our customers. The only thing I find difficult with this product is the adding of multiple users to sections and lists, but I have found a work-around. Other than that, the product is great!
