Brevo was established in 2012 by Armand Thiberge with the goal of assisting businesses of all sizes in developing stronger customer relationships. The services provided by Brevo comply with GDPR guidelines and can be accessed in six different languages. Its headquarters is in Paris, in addition to offices in Seattle, Toronto, Berlin, Vienna, Sofia, Noida, and Bengaluru. The company employs more than 700 employees from over 67 nationalities and makes ongoing commitments to minimize and monitor its carbon footprint.

Our team did extensive research to find a marketing platform that would work well, with an easy-to-use interface, strong documentation and tech support, ability to integrate with Zapier to automate some aspects, professional looking templates and ability to customize those, viability (likely not to show up as spam), a long track record (i.e., the company won't go under and leave us in the lurch), the ability to enter contacts via various methods, flexible filtering and list creation, and low cost. We evaluated many different options and have now used it for over 6 months on numerous marketing campaigns. It has been truly outstanding in all of these areas. We typically do not write product reviews, but want to support Brevo as they are an example of a company that has created an extremely useful, high-quality product, that they stand by with their excellent documentation and communication. I can also add that in our team's research Brevo also stood out for lower and more transparent costing than other platforms. We will continue to use Brevo ongoing and are highly appreciative of this option. It has allowed us to greatly improve how we present ourselves to our end-users, in ways that take up very little of our staff time.
The ease of use, integration with other channels, ready-to-use templates.
It's email marketing is very feature rich and has lists and segments. It has inbuilt Company wise lead management and creating deals workflow for mass outreach. Major difference is that we can send text SMS and also set up international calling which will help the sales team. Whatsapp automation is very unique because the leads we generate through email campaigns can be used for mass whatsapp outreach. It's much more than an email suite because it's default CRM is very useful. We can create custom forms and custom email templates to set up automated drip nurture campaigns. Sequence is a time saver when setting up automated workflows. We can use it to add chatbot and whatsapp bot too on the website to convert the visitors.
The only issue I've encountered (and this may be my fault-- I should look into this more) is that when creating urls within my template, the color doesn't automatically change to the standard purple that people are used to seeing, but I think this may be because of the way I created the template. At any rate, it takes just 1 second to fix that, so is not a real issue.
Limited templates that don't let me create impressive mail marketing different from competitors
It's pricing is slightly complex since it hosts multiple tools and features at the same time. On the website it shows many products but its confusing to calculate the overall cost per month. They also charge extra for certain features like customer data platform etc. Since they have added multiple features to the same interface, the advanced customizations are not available. Unless you are using WordPress, look for other alternatives for more deep and advanced features.
