Lo que mas me gusta de Camunda es estandarizacion y claridad que ofrece al trabajar con la herramienta, ya que facilita la comunicacion entre perfiles tecnicos y de negocio. Su motor de procesamiento es escalable lo que permite no perder rendimiento al aumentar los procesos. Es una herramienta bastante flexible que puede adaptarse a diferentes necesidades y entornos de trabajo.

Our team tested Camunda enough and reached the adoption point without any burden. We are satisfied with their enterprise level features such as well achitected BPMN/DMN (visual standardized process design) and user friendly interface enabling collaboration among various domain specific engineers.

Creo que la parte negativa que tiene es la curva de aprendizaje que puede convertirse en algo pronunciada sobre todo si no estas familiarizado con BPMN o integraciones tecnicas, aunque la documentacion es amplia pero puede resultar complejo la primera vez que te enfrentas a ello. La configuracion inicial tambien puede ser algo lenta hasta que pones en marcha el proyecto.
