The brand management features are a plus. In the past, I had to curate my own assets and I appreciate how integrated these approved assets are in my own workspace. I share that workspace with two other co-workers who collaborate in thought, but not in process and they seem to enjoy it. As we also work on sensitive information, I've been satisfied with the permissions and sharing assets between departments/individuals. There are also too many templates to count when it comes to creating in-time infographics or documentation which is our primary content creation asset of choice.
I do like the whole user experience and the interface is very powerful and at the same time straightforward. Furthermore, the integrations with other tools that helped the teams'communication.
Its simplicity and use of use the drag-and-drop interface ready, My template and white variety of design elements, make it easy to create high-quality design quickly, even without prior design experience
Really, the only weakness I see is that because it is meant to make design easier for everyone, it loses out on some more robust design features. Still, even saying that, it allows me to create what I need in real-time without having to recreate all the bells and whistles repeatedly over time.
The price of the tool, depending on what you're looking for, might be overkill. Overall, it is only the point that I would dislike.
First one is limited customisation options for complex or professional level design and the second one is internet connection is required for smooth use, which can be inconvenient at time.

Canva enterprise has some robust design features that feel easier to use "out of the box" than some other brands. I appreciate that there are curated brand assets, everything from color usage to logos vetted by my organization, that I can access to expedite my creative process. Also, the AI tool is helpful for the most part to jumpstart ideas. There are times where it doesn't exactly produce what is expected, but for the most part that is fixable. Canva Enhances Productivity for Non-Designers but Limits Access to Premium Tools
Since I started using Canva, my design quality and productivity have significantly improved. It's a very easy and intuitive platform, the templates and tools are simple to use and edit, even though I'm not a graphic designer it makes it so easy for me to design everything for my business, the fact that it has two versions and both of them are really great but if you want to make more professional designs and have access to premium tools and templates and add your brand kit you must try Canva Pro.
