    Stable Application Managed Services with Reduced Cost of Ownership

    Capgemini has been a strategic Partner for GE. They currently manage a very broad spectrum of applications support across different verticals. WIth horizontal play and reuse being our key outcomes for 2017 and 2018. I feel like moving towards one vendor who knows the application landscape and is strategic gives a added advantage for positive user experience, increase performance/availability and will drive the cost of ownership considerably down. Vendor management is all about building relationships and the account managers at Capgemini seem to understand the problem statement and are always forthcoming with a viable solution. Resources that are identified and provide are of very high quality and they invest time in training their resources to go the extra mile to keep the customer happy.

    Implementation of service requires a very active participation from both parties

    We have been able to significantly lower our incident volume through incident management. Using various methods to get to the root cause of incidents and address th root cause has helped tremendously to lower the number of incidents. We seem to have a good balance between onshore and offshore resources to cover the multiple time zones and to deliver on our SLA's
