What is ChatBot?

ChatBot is an AI-powered chatbot platform that helps businesses automate customer service, sales, and marketing through data-driven conversations. Part of the Text product family, it delivers 24/7 support with AI-generated responses. The platform uses generative AI and natural language processing to understand queries and provide human-like responses. Users train chatbots by scanning their website or knowledge base to build a custom AI model. A no-code Visual Builder enables drag-and-drop chatbot creation, while pre-built templates help kickstart common use cases like lead generation and customer support. ChatBot integrates with multiple channels including websites, LiveChat, Facebook Messenger, Slack, Shopify, and WordPress. It can seamlessly transfer chats to live agents when needed. Features include dynamic responses, product recommendations, analytics, and automated lead qualification. The platform serves industries including e-commerce, healthcare, education, and enterprise.

ChatBot Pricing

ChatBot offers four tiers: Starter ($52/mo), Team ($142/mo), Business ($424/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing), billed annually. Plans include chat allowances: Starter has 12,000 chats/year, Team 60,000, and Business 300,000. Additional chats cost $0.05 each. Starter allows 1 active, Team allows 5, and Business offers unlimited. All plans include AI features, Visual Builder, and integrations. A 14-day free trial is available.

There are so many options of types of responses to provide and the ease of the drag and drop portions of specific menu items makes building a simple and aesthetically pleasing chatbot simple. I love being able to review each chat in Archives and where hangups might have happened to then make updates to the bot. Being able to see the entire chat makes ensuring our clients and donors have correct information at their fingertips so easy. The integrations with Zapier and Wordpress also enabled us to add Chatbot into our full techstack and enable us to create a cohesive experience across our external tools.

Easy to configure, user friendly tools and easily you can ido integration in Chatbot. Most important it helped to create knowledge bas Chatbot.

It is easy to configure the tool for new processes, the parameterization is user friendly, it helps build a knowledge base

Dislike

The learning curve is hard at first. Though Chatbot offers some good training resources, getting started, particularly if you don't have experience with process mapping, a bit difficult for the average user. I've attempted to use the new AI offerings to little avail to develop a new chatbot to staff. We have hundreds of articles concerning our systems that I fed into Chatbot and its answers were nowhere ready for primetime. I'm hopeful though that as Chatbot continues to improve, this will be resolved in the next year. The cost was a bit hard to swallow in general, particularly since we're a nonprofit.

    There is a basic setup that just incorporates the necessary elements needed for chatbots to prevent the presence of too many hard to use features that are commonly shown on TI services. The functionalities of Chatbot are simple: build up a chatbot for visitors on your website. The user does not have additional features, so it is easy to get used to the operation and confidently use the chat. Furthermore, AI will not be forced to acquire anything or sign contracts since you do not immediately accept it. The advantage is also that the following action is easy to link

    Overall experience of mine was good with chatbot.When first I joined my organisation in June 2019 then there was no chatbot but it was introduced later after 6 months .Initially without chatbot there was huge chat flow but with the introduction of it chat flow was reduced dramatically so it was no less than gift to us.It reduced our burdens so my experience with chatbot was very pleasant.
