ChatBot is an AI-powered chatbot platform that helps businesses automate customer service, sales, and marketing through data-driven conversations. Users train chatbots by scanning their website or knowledge base to build a custom AI model. A no-code Visual Builder enables drag-and-drop chatbot creation, while pre-built templates help kickstart common use cases like lead generation and customer support. ChatBot integrates with multiple channels including websites, LiveChat, Facebook Messenger, Slack, Shopify, and WordPress. It can seamlessly transfer chats to live agents when needed. Features include dynamic responses, product recommendations, analytics, and automated lead qualification. The platform serves industries including e-commerce, healthcare, education, and enterprise.

ChatBot Pricing

ChatBot offers four tiers: Starter ($52/mo), Team ($142/mo), Business ($424/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing), billed annually. Plans include chat allowances: Starter has 12,000 chats/year, Team 60,000, and Business 300,000. Additional chats cost $0.05 each. Starter allows 1 active, Team allows 5, and Business offers unlimited. All plans include AI features, Visual Builder, and integrations. A 14-day free trial is available.

There are so many options of types of responses to provide and the ease of the drag and drop portions of specific menu items makes building a simple and aesthetically pleasing chatbot simple. I love being able to review each chat in Archives and where hangups might have happened to then make updates to the bot. Being able to see the entire chat makes ensuring our clients and donors have correct information at their fingertips so easy. The integrations with Zapier and Wordpress also enabled us to add Chatbot into our full techstack and enable us to create a cohesive experience across our external tools.
