There are so many options of types of responses to provide and the ease of the drag and drop portions of specific menu items makes building a simple and aesthetically pleasing chatbot simple. I love being able to review each chat in Archives and where hangups might have happened to then make updates to the bot. Being able to see the entire chat makes ensuring our clients and donors have correct information at their fingertips so easy. The integrations with Zapier and Wordpress also enabled us to add Chatbot into our full techstack and enable us to create a cohesive experience across our external tools.
Easy to configure, user friendly tools and easily you can ido integration in Chatbot. Most important it helped to create knowledge bas Chatbot.
It is easy to configure the tool for new processes, the parameterization is user friendly, it helps build a knowledge base
The learning curve is hard at first. Though Chatbot offers some good training resources, getting started, particularly if you don't have experience with process mapping, a bit difficult for the average user. I've attempted to use the new AI offerings to little avail to develop a new chatbot to staff. We have hundreds of articles concerning our systems that I fed into Chatbot and its answers were nowhere ready for primetime. I'm hopeful though that as Chatbot continues to improve, this will be resolved in the next year. The cost was a bit hard to swallow in general, particularly since we're a nonprofit.

Overall experience of mine was good with chatbot.When first I joined my organisation in June 2019 then there was no chatbot but it was introduced later after 6 months .Initially without chatbot there was huge chat flow but with the introduction of it chat flow was reduced dramatically so it was no less than gift to us.It reduced our burdens so my experience with chatbot was very pleasant.
