The main reason behind my rating is its core functionality. Its intelligence tools work seamlessly and provide real value in improving team performance. It also has an intuitive and user-friendly interface which is easy to navigate and adopt. Its AI features are accurate and highly reliable which makes work easy. It is a great tool but it lacks customization options and has a complex pricing model.

If you are looking for something that is more advanced and will help guide you/be able to work in the gray area then you may be disappointed, but if you know what you're looking for with your triggers and have a simple integration then it checks all the boxes.

The standout features according to me are given below. i). It has an intuitive and user-friendly interface which does not require any extra experience or training. ii). AI features are highly accurate and reliable. iii). It offers seamless integration with other tools as well.

Like

Setup is fairly simple if you have systems that Chorus integrates with. The price was very reasonable compared to its largest competitor, and it's intuitive to use for people who have never used a CI tool before.

The automatic transcript feature is super useful. I use it to search for specific keywords mentioned on sales calls.

Dislike

The main weaknesses according to me are given below. i). It lacks customization options for users who are looking for specific business needs. ii). The price model is quite complex and can affect users with different scales. iii). Sometimes there can be a slight delay in syncing data across other tools.

Getting clarity on who our point of contact is was difficult, we had multiple products with zoominfo and it made things a bit more confusing. Setting up folders and key words is a tedious process. The software doesn't have the capability of identifying words/phrases that are similar to what you're looking for or understand context so if you don't tell it exactly what you're looking for then you'll miss out.

Dislike

No real complaints from a feature perspective to be completely honest.

    Its fine...the interface is very bad and its impossible to search for what you want...pretty typical of most ZI products...the actual features are perfectly fine...if youre a ZI shop and want a CI tool, it makes sense to go with Chorus b/c you should be able to get a good deal
