What I like most about using Chorus is that I can stay present during my calls. Knowing Chorus is taking notes and will send me my follow-up action items, I'm not worried about taking notes and I can focus on my customer.
Ability to capture calls and mark points of interest.
The standout features according to me are given below. i). It has an intuitive and user-friendly interface which does not require any extra experience or training. ii). AI features are highly accurate and reliable. iii). It offers seamless integration with other tools as well.
What I dislike about Chorus is that there are some glitches and bugs. Things like calls not recording or being glitchy can occur and can disrupt your work flow.
Constantly not recording calls. Major integration issues. Lack of helpful insights when navigating issues. Many bugs and glitches only admins could fix. User interface and overall experience was poor.
The main weaknesses according to me are given below. i). It lacks customization options for users who are looking for specific business needs. ii). The price model is quite complex and can affect users with different scales. iii). Sometimes there can be a slight delay in syncing data across other tools.
